1st of all i want to thank you community support folks you guys are awesome!

Now my issue hardly 5 days old device come with faulty charger I submit ticket online , called , email ( more then 20 + email explaining same thing i need just my charger replacement ) with huge disappointment I am telling your LeEcho you have worst customer services folks on the phones no help after 3 days running here and there check your own community how many msgs i posted still help.
LeEcho almost push me to call my back and file a depute as you not honor your warranty for brand new device.
