    I purchased a LeEco Le 2 handset on 4th Oct 2016 and it was got hanged on 1st Jan.2017 I had submitted that to service center on 2nd Jan.2017. Still date I didn't got any message regarding the same. When I tried to enquiry they told some problem now they identified ( after 12 day of submission to service center) and they are telling it will take another 20 day .
    After completing time line still I didn't received my phone.
