Hi, my name is Karina Camargo. I bought this L3 phone in december and arrived in january. It was working perfectly. But the first thing I notice was the play video on youtube and audios on Ivoox that kept stoping and didnt go fluent. But didn't happen that often so I just let it be.

Yesterday, I conected the phone to the stereo to listen some music and after a few hours the battery went out (it was normal cuz I charged last time on saturday morning) Anyhow, when I took my phone from the stereo it didn't reconize my finger print and it said battery 1% and it went off inmediatly. So I started charging it right away and kept blinking a red light. After 20 minutes it was the yellow light on (which means is charging) so I took it as a usually do to check some stuff while it charges but got my attention one thing: in 20 minutes charging kept saying battery low to 1% and it show the battery symbol going green as if it was charging normally. Anyway after 10 minutes using it while it was charging went off and it does charge anymore. I don't know exactly what to do. Waiting for your answer.
