Myself P Krishna reddy from Sullurpeta, Andhra Pradesh. I have bought Le Super3 X55 4K TV from http://in.lemall.com/in/
site on September 19th, 2016 . It got delivered on October 28th, 2016 and installed on November 11th, 2016.
From the day i booked this TV i'm facing issues with Customer service guys the way they respond. I called customer care couple of times to inquire about TV Delivery date and about Installation, every time i found the response was pathetic.
Now to the peaks of my bad-luck, this TV stopped working from December 16th, 2016. From that time onwards my struggle started with service guys. I have given the complaint on 29th December, 2016, after so many followups Technician visited the TV on January 2nd, 2017 and confirmed that Motherboard is faulty and it definitely need TV Replacement or Refund of money. After this i have hell lot of followups with customer care guys and service engineers. But i couldn't get proper response and update on my complaint even after so many followups and calls. All customer care guys are so irresponsible and never gave proper resolution.
Now i'm exhausted with my patience, i can't bare this pathetic service from LeTv. I'm going to complain this to Consumer court and will be updating my issue and how worst is LeTV products and service in all public feedback and review sites, if i'm not getting replacement of TV or Refund immediately.
